How we choose cards

Our eligibility tool filters cards against your real situation (SSN or ITIN status, visa status, US and home-country credit history, and whether you can place a deposit), then ranks what remains by fit. We never show a card we believe you cannot get, and we explain why each result fits you.

How we make money

When you apply through one of our Apply links we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. That does not change which cards we show or how we rank them. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

What we collect

If you ask us to send you matches, we collect your email, phone (optional), and coarse location (US state and optional city). We never collect precise location. See our privacy policy.
