43dots explains US personal finance with numbers you can check: tax brackets, credit scores, cards, loans, and the rules that decide what you actually keep.

Why this site exists

Most money content is either sales copy or a restatement of the same handful of facts. This site is built on a narrower promise: if we publish a number, it comes from the primary document, the link to that document is right there, and the arithmetic is shown so you can redo it yourself.

Where an official number does not exist yet, we say so. A tax bracket for a year the IRS has not announced is a projection, not a fact, and we label it that way and show the formula we used.

Who runs it

43dots is run by Teja Pagidimarri, a software developer. He is not a CPA, not a licensed financial advisor, and does not pretend to be. The site is built around what that background genuinely is good for: reading primary documents carefully, checking the math, and building calculators from the published formulas.

That also sets the limit of what you will find here. This site explains how rules work and what the numbers are. It does not tell you what to do with your money, because that needs your full situation and a license this site does not have.

How the content is made

We use AI as a drafting and editing tool. It helps structure an article and tighten the writing. It is not the source of the facts: the figures, tables, charts, and calculators here are researched, computed, and checked by a person before anything is published, and every article names the primary source behind its numbers. Nothing publishes automatically.

Our editorial policy describes the full process, and our corrections page is the public record of what we have gotten wrong.

43dots is free to read.
